  • ×Downloaded or used AI-generated content
  • ×Simply changed your mind after receiving materials

Why This Policy?

Generating AI content (especially headshots) incurs real costs from our AI providers. Once generation is complete, we cannot recover these costs.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Website stays active until period ends
  • No renewal after cancellation

Annual Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard
  • No refunds for unused months
  • Website stays active until year ends
  • Exception: Pro-rated refund if cancelled within 7 days AND website not yet published

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing use, we'll work to resolve within 24-48 hours or issue a full refund.

Duplicate Charges

Accidentally charged twice? We'll refund the incorrect charge within 1 business day.

Please Don't File Chargebacks

We prefer to resolve all disputes directly. If you file a chargeback with your bank:

  • • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • • Access to all services will be revoked
  • • We may pursue legal action to recover costs
