Eligible for Full Refund: - You purchased a package but have not yet completed the questionnaire - You completed the questionnaire but AI generation has not started - You request the refund within 14 days of purchase - There was a technical error that prevented service delivery - You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.) NOT Eligible for Refund: - AI generation has already been completed - More than 14 days have passed since purchase - You downloaded or used the AI-generated content - You simply changed your mind after receiving your materials Why This Policy? Generating AI content (especially headshots) incurs real costs from our AI providers (Anthropic, Replicate). If we cannot resolve it, we will issue a full refund. Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice or charged the wrong amount, contact us immediately. We will issue a refund for the incorrect charge within 1 business day.
